So what is wrong with the network marketing duplication system? Don't get me wrong, duplication is a wonderful thing and when it's on song in a network marketing business magic happens.
Let's get real though, in a perfect world the MLM duplication process is great but in reality, it's very much flawed.
Why?
Because people are different. I am different to you and you are different to someone else. The idea of duplication in network marketing is to take a group of people and get them doing exactly what their upline is doing. In theory, that sounds like a great idea because when every one is pulling in the same direction the power of leverage is a wonderful thing.
How frustrated do you get when someone in your downline won't follow the system? They try and improvise or they leave out a specific report or cd in an information pack because they don't like the message it conveys. Or, they have a prospect reviewing information and the team strategy is to do a follow up within 48 hours yet, your trusty distributor decides to leave it for 96 hours instead.
You can't get annoyed at your downline because the simple truth is, human nature dictates people are in the main, individuals and the concept of molding these individuals into clones of you just ain't going to happen.
So how do you get around this? Well, by all means follow your team's system but remember this, those people who end up joining your network marketing business will invariably be joining you and not the company. In other words, resist becoming staid, boring and predictable and put some of your own stamp into the prospecting process. Develop your own unique style, personality and flavor and you'll be amazed at the results!
